Bug description

When you make a nickname with formatting codes (such as bold) they show up in command output.

For example you set your name to '&lNotch', in chat using {NICKNAME} placeholder, it shows up as Notch, but in commands (e.g /tp) it says "Teleporting to &lNotch..."

Steps to reproduce

  1. use /nick to give yourself a nickname with formatting codes
  2. use a command that shows the name in chat (tp,msg,etc)

Expected behaviour

The format codes in commands should format the command

Actual behaviour

The format codes appear as literal codes with the '&'

can you run /ess debug, then give yourself the nickname and then send us a /ess dump all?
