Show linked MC usernames for Discord->MC messages

Feature description

When using /link to link Discord and Minecraft accounts, if linked used talks in Discord channel it should lookup their Minecraft username so you could have it show up in game as: [Discord] Notch: <Message> rather than NotchDiscord#0000. I'm aware this can be changed to Discord nicknames etc but I would like to be able to show the Minecraft account that's linked to that Discord message.

How the feature is useful

Some players have really weird/long/unrelated usernames and it makes it confusing sometimes when they chat from Discord

and then for those who are unlinked maybe prefix their name with an @?
