Bug description
When running /skull like the give head command, I get a default skin if the player is offline. If I then run /skull again like the modify skull command with the same username of an offline player, it will fix the issue. From the item data, it seems like the issue is when running the /skull command it isn't fetching the uuid of the given username so it can't set the skull to that player's skin.
Steps to reproduce
- Run /skull to give yourself the head of any offline player.
Expected behaviour
The skull you are given should be the head of the username you gave.
Actual behaviour
The skull is a default skin unless you modify it with the same /skull command.
