Bug description

When a player is AFK, if another player throws a windcharge at them, they involuntarily exit afk mode. This could be an issue on servers where afk invincibility is enabled, allowing players to be killed while they're away.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have a player enter survival and use /afk
  2. Get another player to throw a windcharge at them
  3. It causes them to exit afk mode

Expected behaviour

They should remain in AFK and not move.

Actual behaviour

They get blown away and exit AFK mode.

this would imply that a PlayerMoveEvent isn't getting called which seems like a server bug? haven't looked that deep into tho.
