Option to show messages on discord from ignored players when ignorer is online

Feature description

I want to suggest to add a config option to allow messages from ignored players to show up on discord through the discord add-on, even if the player that ignored them is online.
Currently if player A has player B on their ignore list, both are online, and player B says something in chat, it doesn't show up at discord.

How the feature is useful

We run a public SMP and use the discord plugin for staff-only chat, mostly to be able to watch and moderate while not being in-game.
Since we cannot see ignored messages, we are some times missing vital context from a conversations. It would be really handy if this was an option that could be turned off/on.
