A setting to replace usernames with UUIDs in the trade.log file

Feature description

I think a setting in the config.yml so the economy log file uses UUIDs instead of usernames would be helpful

How the feature is useful

I can get a full overview of a player's trades without needing to look up all past names. Furthermore, I can create a trade history command for players to view all their trades which they can't do right now
