Bug description
Spy messages not displaying correctly, console error
Steps to reproduce
- Install EssentialsX and EssentialsXChat
- Set chat.radius bigger than 0 3.1. Another player with permission or op move away to local chat distance 3.2. Send message without color codes 3.3. See the spy message received by another player 4.1. Send in local chat message with color (eg. "&12345") 4.2. See error in console
Expected behaviour
Spy prefix displays correctly, no errors in console
Actual behaviour
Bad display of spy prefix (when message without color codes)
No spy message, error in console (with color)

The error appeared after this commit https://github.com/EssentialsX/Essentials/commit/82606a7cedbd66cac9223501cd6d96ea3dc8e339
I tried to fix it and it helped me, but I'm a bad coder and didn't really understand what I was doing.
