The hoes cannot be worn with the /hat command

Unfortunately, you aren't able to use /hat with items that have a durability. it's not something a permission can change.

Today I learned that /hat was a thing. Now, if only I had a plugin that let me pickup/hold mobs and players and played a "yoink" sound........I could have a lot of fun with that!
