Bug description
When I restart the server, it gets stuck due to essentials-discord. It doesn't always happen, it is a difficult error to reproduce since it happens to me 2/10 times when I restart
Steps to reproduce
It usually appears more times if I restart the server. And as soon as I start I restart it again. Then it stays blocked.

A successful server restart

I'm sorry, I've been trying to reproduce the error for days and it hasn't worked anymore. He does it very occasionally. The only thing I can contribute right now is the error he gave me.

I've seen errors like that while the server's running due to people swapping the active plugin jar (should always use the update folder).
The times it has happened to me is when the server restarts. Without manipulating anything about any plugin. Simply the server running restarts it.
I also have a problem with that: [16:38:26 INFO]: [EssentialsDiscord] Disabling EssentialsDiscord v2.21.0-dev+106-8b08a8f is the last message. I need to terminate it every restart but is affects to world saving
