[Discord] Roles being removed when relogging

Bug description

After using /link to connect your Discord account to your MC account, the role given to your Discord account will be removed/added back when you relog.

Steps to reproduce

1. /link your account
2. Log out and back in
3. See role removed
4. Log out and back in
5. See role added back etc.

Expected behaviour

For the role to remain linked to the user after they have linked accounts

Actual behaviour

The role does not remain permanently linked to the user

Note: the role that is assigned to verified users is removed for any user who is verified. So if I relog, the 8 verified people would all lose the Discord role. If I relog again, then they'll all get it back.
