/back disable on player/pvp death

Feature description

Basically, if a player dies to another player they can't do /back to that specific location, would return something like "You can't teleport back to a pvp death spot." Could be a permission similar to essentials.back.ondeath like essentials.back.onpvpdeath

How the feature is useful

If the player is building a base for example and someone comes along, the player is just spam killing that person over and over again because they are able to go back.
