Proposed feature:

This PR allows to execute commands when a player is afk

Environments tested:

OS: Windows 11

Java version: 16.0.1

Putting aside the numerous code quality issues in this PR, I'm not sure this feature belongs in EssentialsX. You can already do this with the API. Would be interested in a second opinion from @EssentialsX/maintainers.
