Notifications for payments received while offline

Feature request

Feature description:

If a player receives payments while they are offline, they will get all the payment notifications they missed the next time they login.

Like the notification seen here: How the feature is useful:

I run a sizeable economy-based survival server and since offline payments were added, this feature has been requested multiple times with much support each time. It would be useful to players in that they can be assured that they received offline payments for trades, services, etc.
