Ability to click player IP address in /seen for an automatic lookup

Feature description:

When typing /seen, if the user has access to see IPs, the player can then click on the IP and it will scan for other accounts using the same IP.

How the feature is useful:

Normally if I am typing /seen, the purpose is to check their IP and then scan to see if any alt accounts are online or have joined from that user. Being able to click the IP and have it automatically run /seen on that IP would save quite a bit of time from manually typing out the IP.

I don't think Essentials even supports complex hover chat messages as of now. This would be a minor language file edit once those get added...
