Pad Mounted Three Phase Transformer with Automatic Throwover Switch

@jalsup In the AG/AT list, we have a 'source selectable switch' for low voltage, but not for medium voltage. Is 'source selectable' = 'automatic throwover'? Whether or not, we need a new asset type for medium voltage.

The Device Asset Group is Medium Voltage Switch and the Asset Type is "Underground Transfer Switch"

@MichaelZeiler can you change the switch asset type in the TOC to "Underground Transfer Switch"?
