WMS Basemap not displaying

Reported on forum. Has to modify core/Core.js > loadWebMap > mapOptions.extent to allow other projection for WMS

Even modifying Core.js doesn't help.

Modifying mapOptions.extent so that the extent use the same projection that the basemap did did the trick for that WMS basemap. A fix will fix that in a further release but from now this has to be done manually
