Sonar API Framework

Currently, Sonar uses Claudia.js as the primary framework for the API, and is deployed to AWS using Lambda and API gateway.

We should determine what right framework to support the Sonar v2 goals of more platforms (e.g. Twilio, Cortana, Siri?, MS Flow), configurability, maintenance, and even server platform agnostic.
