Provide Item Management Tools in Copy App

When Migrating from QA to Prod, we will want to automate via Jenkins.

To further assist with this, we will need the copy code to do the following:

• Put the copied solution item into a specific folder
• Share the copied solution item with a group
• Share the solution item publicly
• Put delete protection on the copied solution item
