Radial Line of Sight and Range outputs are in memory. (Pro)

The outputs from the RLOSAR tool are "in memory". I believe that the viewshed output at minimum should be a physical data product on disk. See screen capture below.

This default location/name (inmemory) was done to so this would preform better in Server/ArcMap - primarily when run as a service - this tool was originally meant to work as a service with the Visibility Widget.

So having this default is kind of a tradeoff so the deafults will work well in server. But the user can change these defaults.

@nfeuerstein @lfunkhouser is this the functionality we want in the tool? If so we could just document the use of in memeory.

This "in_memory" prefix will be removed from the parameter for Pro 2.6
