We currently use the same feature class name for all the tools that write to the scratch workspace.

Expected Behavior

We should have unique names for all of these.

Change the names for each output to be unique

These parameters were changed for Pro 2.6 to be unique (i.e. let the Pro GP framework assign unique names)
