Steps to Repro:

1. Create an ArcGIS Pro Document with the Military Symbol Editor with the 2525b Change 2 version of Military Symbols
2. Create a Missile Launcher Symbol on the map
3. Select the symbol and modify it.

BUG: The following symbol attributes required by the standard cannot be added. C - Quantity L - Signature Equipment N - Hostile (Enemy) P - IFF/SIF Q - Direction of Movement R - Mobility Indicator X - Altitude.Depth AC - Installation E Frame Shape Modifier K Combat Effectivness Y Location AA Special C2 Headquarters AC Installation
