Add labels to symbol Preview

Default to the field name as a label, so people can see almost a diagram of what is being built.

To add some specifics to this, we currently are able to dynamically view symbol components previewed in the symbol editor. What we would like to do is preview the labels as well. For example, unique designation, higher formation, additional information, etc. They should show up at their proper location relative to the core symbol entity.

@Dbarnes1 If you want this to work with every symbol (not just Units/Equipment), compared to what we have now -a simple Image - it would definitely be more difficult/riskier to change this to a full blow MapControl using Military Features/Feature classes.

Pro 2.3(.15687+) adds the capability to see the labels on the dictionary symbol exports/previews.

There are a just a couple of changes to the symbol editor that need made to fully implement this. Currently the preview symbol does not update on label property changes, we just need to add a trigger on these changes.
