No image displayed after embedding raster proxy

I created my own raster proxy file for a public dataset (attached). I can view this raster proxy file in ArcGIS Pro 2.9 just fine.

I then created a mosaic dataset and added the raster proxy to it. So far so good, the raster displays in the mosaic.

Then I used mdtools.exe to embed the raster proxy file in the mosaic (no errors reported), and now the footprint of the image displays but I see no image.

** I was not able to add a ".tif" file so I renamed it with a .txt extension. Pls remove the .txt extension for viewing in Pro and other operations.

Could you try adding the attached raster proxy to a mosaic and see if you can embed it using mdtools.exe?
