the hashtable in pro create slpk is different from hashtable specification

the path is lower case in hashtable specification ,but here's what I got: if i convert path into lower-case and i get the md5 is diffent from slpk by pro2.5 created.but i don't convert it and the result is same as the slpk by pro2.5 created.
