Remove right-click ability for Coordinates listed in Output section

Background

When you right-click on a coordinate in the Output section, you are given a menu of Copy, Cut or Paste. Cut/Paste into the Output window do not fit into the Coordinate Conversion pane workflow. Copy can be done from the button already provided.

Current behavior

You cannot perform Paste or Cut, Copy can only be used if the coordinate is highlighted first.

Expected behavior

Remove the right-click menu.
