Please add support for deploying Business Analyst Enterprise.

Business Analyst Enterprise is currently Windows only. Chef scripts are not provided. Puppet is not supported. Would be great for Esri to have some sort of automated solution that is comparable to Chef for installing, upgrading and deploying Business Analyst Enterprise. Powershell DSC seems like the right fit to fill this gap.
