Add Recipe to install ODBC Drivers

It would be great if you could have an additional Recipe that installed the required ODBC drivers. Always seem to forget to do this when using chef and having to go back after Server errors trying to add the Data Source

This could be done by using other community cookbooks like https://supermarket.chef.io/cookbooks/sql_server.
