Add links to open item page and item

A way to open the item page and the item itself for each entry in the list view would be very helpful for troubleshooting and testing.

I have a kind of beta of this functionality. I'll see if I can get a PR submitted with it.

I have this working in a prototype. Need to clean up and get integrated back in. Should be ready soon.

@rwmajor2 -- The existing link opens the item details page -- it'd be nice to also be able to open the item itself instead of having to click "View Item Details," wait for that page to load, and then being able to open the map/app/whatever.
