[REQ] Ability to hide threat meter window

What is the feature you would like requested?

I'd like the ability to be able to hide the threat meter in all situations. I just use it to color nameplates for agro.

I added this functionality for the same reason in the following Pull Request: https://github.com/EsreverWoW/ClassicThreatMeter/pull/24

Once EsWoW approves it's in :)

Since EsWoW does not seem to have the time to include this. Feel free to head to my fork: https://github.com/mrlitchyb/ClassicThreatMeter and hit "Clone or Download" and then "Download as ZIP"
