[REQ]The command to hid CTM in game

What is the feature you would like requested?

I would like only to use the CTM on several bosses in the raid. So I would like to hide the window during most of my raid time. Could you let me know what is the command to hide the window or could you add that command please?

I added this functionality in my PR: https://github.com/EsreverWoW/ClassicThreatMeter/pull/24 Once EsWoW approves the feature it is included and can be used with "/ctmtoggle"

Since EsWoW does not seem to have the time to include this. Feel free to head to my fork: https://github.com/mrlitchyb/ClassicThreatMeter and hit "Clone or Download" and then "Download as ZIP"

@nesherman Just added it to my fork :) Its part of the settings now. Redownload it and you should be good to go!
