Understand the high level workflow of EigenLayer in order to design the upgrade of the stake table contract

The stake table contract is required to interact in some way with EigenLayer in order to allow stakers to participate of the HotShot protocol using eth. Document how EigenLayer works at a very high level, how we plan to integrate with it and how this integration affects the upgrade of the stake table contract.
