The installer prompts to install the drivers every time, even if they're already installed.

Issues noted.

it's not ideal but I don't think it's a killer. People aren't going to reinstall often, and if they do they can always just skip (or spend 20 seconds extra clicking through the driver install).

@turboencabulator I share Chris's view but maybe with a changed approach this can be solved easily
