Mesh UV texture offset
It would be super handy if we could have animateable texture offset feature. Very useful in tons of effects. In attached example there is tiled texture projected on distorted mesh and the uv offset is being animated.

The additional perks:
- when something tiles it's easier to adjust its size (eg make a tentacle that is a tiled piece and a tip)
- 9-patch in Spine
What is the progress on this, it’s a super useful feature for effects work.
We are focused on v4.0 right now: http://esotericsoftware.com/forum/Spine-v4-beta-Early-Access-14678 It won't make it in to 4.0 but is possible for 4.1 or 4.2.
