[BUG]: 将Web中的二维码直接拖入下载配置框中无法触发识别

作者做了个意思的功能，可以把二维码直接拖入主页或者下载配置对话框中。  但似乎无法直接将邮箱或Web中的二维码直接拖入，必须先保存到本地。 原因可能是web中的图片，直接拖入是图片URL，无法被正确识别。 期待修复。
