Unable to download regional restricted videos.

There's a video that's unavailable in my country, and the only way to view it is with a VPN connected to the USA. I tried to just give it a try by downloading with this app, but the output log also gives the regional message. I don't want to use a VPN, I don't have an unlimited plan. The video is nearly 2 hours long.

Any suggestions?
