Sponsorblock Segment Removal - Causes Audio Desync

The Sponsorblock Segment Removal feature causes about a 1/4 second audio desync, when the video reaches the cut point.

(audio does not match up with the person speaking in the video)

Seeking backwards solves the issue temporarily. I tested in MPC-HC.
