Text goes onto a new line and becomes obscured due to my font on windows

All the interface elements use the Segoe UI font, which should be present in all Windows versions. I don't know what font that is in your screenshot, or why it's being used.

As far as I know, it's in all Windows versions from 7 to 11. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/typography/fonts/windows_7_font_list

I have verified this myself by finding Segoe UI in the font list of Character Map (charmap.exe) on Windows 7.
