Stuck at "Failed to bootstrap"

I'm trying to install Big Sur 11.0.1 on my MSI P65 9SE using your OpenCore config (very similar hardware, your previous Clover config was working fine with Catalina 10.15.0), but it always get stuck at this point (see screenshot). Any idea what I could try ? image

You need to update OpenCore to the latest version. I haven't had time to update the repo but hopefully once I am done with finals I will do my best to update the repo.
