send only few resource

if villages have not enough resources for train troops always sends few resources for every minutes. Like a 3 0 0 0 or 0 0 2 0 resources.

I am not sure but I think also we have same problem for building tasks.

@cheryiit sorry for late response, but i am doing rework on tbs and this link will give you the download link in comment section the rework is on progress so it still missing feature from the old one
