i got the English .srt subtitle files from 5, 6, 7, and 8. somebody did them for free! we would probably have to pay to get the rest done, but ti seems there is a community built up around doing such a thing.

i think it would be a valuable service for the deaf, and also people wishing to translate our hangouts into other languages. maybe a bounty needs to be made for full transcription? doesn't have to be huge...

Fully caught up with YouTube uploads. I'm going to upload to veoh too (no upload limits), Vimeo has a 500MB/week limit on free accounts & pro accounts only get 2GB/week (pretty rubbish).
