All fields of ContactForm7 are cleared
Can you provide a little bit more information? What version of WP, what version of Contact Form 7? What was in the fields that were cleared?

p.s in options of plugin Cf Shopping Cart urls of pages keep old domen urls also.
Can you please put exact version numbers, otherwise it will be impossible to know which version you were talking about in a week or two!
My migration script is designed to change specific, safe fields. If it is changing fields it shouldn't be and breaking contact form 7 then I will fix that. But if contact form 7 uses it's own tables with fields which contain URLs then Migrate! will not change those as it cannot possibly know about every custom table in every custom plugin.

But I don't understand, why fields CF7 are cleared.
The Author of CF7 recommend to use export and import "Contact Forms" XML And it works fine.
