[Feature] Script execution once no notification remains active

Currently I have a script to update my RGB lights of my GMK87 keyboard. I can switch lights to red when any notification arrives using the script entry in the config.json

What I would like is to get back to my initial keyboard configuration once all notifications are cleared (click on the clear button) or when the last remaining notification is cancelled
