Handle safety stops informatively: Z-limit endstop trigger

If the Z-limit switch is triggered, this should generate a safety stop that is visible in the ReplicatorG GUI. Preferably, it should be possible to continue the build, but the machine should be paused? (or what else?) Also, use the display (if available) to show the error and allow it to resume.
