Rename/move Extras tab in Options

I'd been scratching my head where the Extras pane in the Options dialog came from. I didn't see it, until I looked in profile folder and searched for the string. Please rename it, give it the Exchange icon and/or make it a tab in the Exchange (EWS) pane, instead of a separate pane.

It would also be nice if the Exchange (EWS) pane was shown directly to the right of the Calendar pane in Thunderbird. The Calendar pane used to be the rightmost pane, but it moved to the left of Advanced in bug 1152678. You can also view the patch for that bug on how to move the pane(s)…
