Automatically forward all calendar events option

I typically do not setup exchange server email on my cell phone because I have to agree to getting my cell phone wiped. So, I set myself up for txt msgs in owa so I know to get to a computer to look at my exchange emails. But I still need to access calendar events. Right now I have to manually forward events from exchange to my gmail account. It would really really nice to just have all calender events forwarded to gmail account. Note, I'm talking one-way. I know there's a google addon, but I don't want my personal cal events mixed in with my work events. One-way events from exchange is fine.

Ask who for a patch? I can make the change if someone points me in the right direction.
