Error in configuration when checking server and mailbox

Open orclex opened this issue 8 years ago • 4 comments

Hi,

I have installed thunderbird 45.0 and the exchangecalendar 3.7 addon. When configuring a new MS Exchange 2013 network calendar I enter the Server URL, email address, username and domain name. With previous installations I clicked on "check server and mailbox" and could select my calendar folder. After that the configuration was completed and I had access on my exchange calendar. Now I click on "check server and mailbox" and get the error message:

[JavaScript Application] Error during checking of server and mailbox: Microsoft.Exchange.InfoWorker.Common.Availability.NoFreeBusyAccessException: The caller does not have access to free/busy data. Name of the server where exception originated: SERVERNAME. LID: 44348 (Code: -215)

My exchange administrator said that they didn't change anything and it was running before. We have no hybrid exchange server with 365 and 201X or something like that - just normal MS Exchange 2013 installation.

Is it a bug in exchangecalendar addon and/or do you have any hints?

Thank you very much! Alexander
