Investigate Creation of JMX Connections for datacenterAware Funcionality Without Custom DatacenterAwarePolicy

Story Description: we are using the java driver to connect with cassandra and than taking the nodes to create the Jmx connections, but by specifying specific contact points we must provide an local datacenter for the load balancing policy, because of that, we cannot get node status and the info we need for nodes that is in a different datacenter, because of that we created a custom LoadBalancing policy to enable remote connections using the driver, but it would be good to investigate if we can do it in a different way.
