Ubuntu 24.04 support

Extended the installation documentation for Ubuntu 24.04
Added missing header includes
In both Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 24.04 it is no longer required to compile Thrift manually. Thus I removed Thrift related CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH and PATH environmental variable settings from the guide.
In Ubuntu 24.04, the ODB package is still too old and it needs to be compiler from source.

Yes, I added Ubuntu 24.04 to CI in commit https://github.com/Ericsson/CodeCompass/pull/824/commits/0db6d2e9886bb6375ec162354fc8a3188c76be9b.
