issue with dsvr.blackeye.cloud

when i try executing the command on CMD it says this:

curl: (6) Could not resolve host: dsvr.blackeye.cloud

on powershell it says this:

Invoke-WebRequest : The remote name could not be resolved: 'dsvr.blackeye.cloud'
