The point of Native Window Decoration option is to give native window frame that fits with system app theme. Alternative look of title bar is considered, but not yet planned.
It was requested by users though. I think best solution here is to turn this into option.

If you mean "plain mode", like alternative messages look in Telegram X and Telegram for macOS, then it's planned.
